This phone is not very loud. We have a 12x16 room and we could not hear very well. Especially when the caller was using a conference phone to conduct the meeting. Our hand held speaker phone was better than this. I ended up buying a new AT&T offoce phone system which has 4 hand held phones and a base speaker phone for less than $150.

Received phone on time, Looked fine, hooked up and it failed to work. Talked with Tech Support, Did as they asked, still failed to work. They said sounded like bad unit and are shipping me a new one.

Bought for my home office as I do lots of conference calls where I need to use a speakerphone.. Speaker is very powerful and this unit comes in handy.. I also bought the Bluetooth Module as well so I can pair with my Cell-phone and that also is a marked improvement over the speaker in the handset.. So far, I?ve been very happy with this purchase and I like the modern look and feel as well..
